About the event

The Leadership Team (LT) is appointed to focus AIWAVs limited resources and institutional attention towards productive advancements for the benefit of the membership. The three pillars of the organisation are Information, Support and Connection.


We're keen to see some fresh faces and ideas to help strengthen our organisation.


  • Please send your nomination(s) for the next Leadership team, along with 1-2 descriptive sentences and a photo, by 18 May to: americanwomenvenice@gmail.com

  • The membership will be asked to vote (online and annonymous) on the candidates for 7 days from 20 May.

  • The new Leadership Team will be announced at the beginning of June and ratified that month, at the last meeting of the year.


Currently the LT is appointed for two years and can serve a maximum of 2 terms. See the Constitution for more specific details.
