AIWAV, the American & International Women's Assocation of Venice, is a social organisation based in Venice, Italy It's a growing, diverse group of women of all ages, interests, ethnicities, nationalities and beliefs who consider themselves to be of an ‘international’ inclination having just arrived in the region or being born here. We run events for our members and undertake community and charitable activities.

We are formally affiliated with the Federation of American Women’s Clubs Overseas.(www.fawco.org) We specifically and purposefully have no political or religious affiliations.

We welcome interest from members and non-members. The Leadership Team meets to discuss new proposals and ideas once a month. These may then be presented for discussion with Members including at the monthly aperitivo. If you're already a member, you can also advance your idea yourself by getting in touch and starting work on it.

When you become a full member you can add as much detail as you like to your bio so members know about your business. Members are also welcome to list their services on the Resource list using the form in the Members Only section.
